Organize and manage sales activities in Baby enRoute Ottawa store; Report to Store Manager on sales performance, results and records; Coordinate sales activities of Ottawa store with the corporate headquarters; Develop and analyze sales reports, formulate improvement strategies; Facilitate in hiring and training of sales team in Ottawa store; Manage salespersons’ performance and work schedules; Assign daily duties and tasks to salespersons, assist them in closing sales; Set sales quota, and develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve these quota; Supervise sales activities, assist sales team to achieve and exceed goals; Develop sales leads and track monthly sales metrics and performance; Assist in merchandise display of Ottawa store; Processing payment, authorize returns, and sell merchandise as other salespersons; Resolve customer requests and complaints if any, follow-up sales and services; Assist in inventory management, shipping and receiving; The position will be responsible for managing and supervising the sales team in our Ottawa store, overseeing sales activities and performance of the sales team by setting sales quota, reaching sales goals, tracking sales records, improving sales results, managing salespersons’ performance, and working schedules, assigning duties to them, resolving customers’ requests, and facilitating hiring and ongoing training of sales team.
